GALA 2022 Rising Star
I was awarded a scholarship to attend the GALA 2022 San Diego conference, an annual event and an opportunity to connect with language professionals and companies representatives from all around the globe to discuss a diverse array of topics related to the translation and localization industry.

In this very first edition of the Forum, many professors, researchers, and students belonging to different institutions from the National University of Córdoba gathered together to exchange opinions, ideas, and a wide range of research projects they've worked on during 2022. Besides, we discussed experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and how the education system and different teaching and learning processes had to be adapted to the challenges imposed by the new virtual paradigm.
